Ben has worked in the Health and Fitness industry for over 20 years. He has substantial knowledge of past and present trends and has the critical ability to disseminate fact from fiction. He obtained a 1st in BSc Sport and Exercise Sciences from Birmingham University and this propelled him into the medical world, leading the physiology team at Prestige Health. He later Established Supertraining in 2004 to coach, train and rehabilitate city workers. Working with some of the finest physiotherapists, physicians and surgeons he has managed to create a unique and industry defining practice. In 2019 He founded Cocoon Health to bring together all the fundamental elements of health and fitness into one realm to make real and lasting improvements in all of our clients and to share our practices across the industry.
Adam has a been at the top of the Health and fitness industry for the last 10 years, both in sporting performance and the delivery of exceptional service to clients. He has been instrumental in developing our methods and systems for individual and corporate clients and through his continued innovation, perseverance and energy has managed to help create lasting changes and positive habits with the individuals and companies under his care. Adams role also focuses on building new fitness solutions and strategies that deliver time effective results and greater adherence. Adam continues to play football at a semi-professional level and enjoys weight training amongst other sports and endeavors. His life motto is ‘Winners never quit and quitters never win’
Rita has been in the fitness and wellness industry for the past 7 years and for 4 of those years she has been a yoga teacher. She specializes in corporate yoga and wellness programmes that focus on mind and body balance. She is an advocate for gut health and is always encouraging others to make healthier choices when it comes to mealtimes. As part of her quest to further her knowledge in order to add more value to her clients, she is currently in the process of becoming a certified Nutritional and Lifestyle coach. And also writing her first book. Her Life motto is ‘Energy goes where attention flows’
